Privacy Policy — Pills of You

1. What this app does
Pills of You is a self-discovery and entertainment app. It is not a health, medical or counselling service.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Our providers process your IP address to deliver the service and may use it to estimate your country for aggregate statistics; we do not store it in your account.
3. How your content is written
Your results, guides, book chapters, capsules and Rainbow doses are written by a system we built, which uses a third-party language model service. To do that we send: the pill you chose, the question texts and your answers (including anything you write), your age range, your language and your first name if you gave one. We never send your email, account ID, device details or location. The service processes this data only to produce your content; it is not used to train models. This happens only after you allow it in the app, and you can withdraw permission at any time in Settings. If a text feels wrong, use "Report this text" under it and we will review it.
4. Legal bases (UK and EEA)
Performance of the contract (providing the app and what you buy), consent (personal content generation and notifications; you can withdraw it at any time in Settings), and legitimate interests (security, crash reporting, aggregate analytics and reviewing reported content).
5. Where your data is stored
Your account data is stored with Google Cloud in the European Union (Belgium). Some of our processors, such as the language model service, RevenueCat and Google, also process data in the United States; these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses and, for UK data, the UK addendum.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete everything in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account and all data. This immediately removes your profile, answers, generated content and reports from our database and deletes your sign-in record. If you no longer have the app, follow https://pillsofyou-prod.web.app/delete-account. Technical server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Purchase records are kept by the app stores and by RevenueCat under their own policies; deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in your Apple or Google account.
7. Sharing
We share data only with the processors named above (Google Firebase, RevenueCat, the Apple and Google app stores and the language model service provider), each bound by a data processing agreement. We never sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
8. Children
The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. If the law in your country requires a parent's permission at your age, please use the app only with that permission.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing, as provided by applicable law (UK GDPR, GDPR, KVKK, CCPA). Write to support@rabbitclip.co; we reply within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
