1. Nature of the service. Pills of You offers personality-style quizzes and personalised reading for self-discovery and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are in distress, please contact local emergency services or a support line.
2. Account. You may use the app anonymously. Linking an account keeps your progress across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Personal content. Content written for you is generated automatically from your answers. It may be imperfect. You own the answers you provide; you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read the generated content for your own use.
4. Purchases. Prices are shown in the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account settings. The personal book is a one-time purchase. Refunds are handled by the app stores.
5. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to extract models or systems, or submit unlawful content.
6. Availability. We may change or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
